Edward Gale Cullop, 78, passed away peacefully Thursday, February 1st, 2018 in the comfort of his home.
Mr. Cullop was born Saturday, September 16th, 1939 in Iaeger, West Virginia to the late Carl and Cleo Cullop. He served our country proudly in the U.S. Air Force. Ed’s service to our country didn’t stop when his military service ended. His love for singing and love for his country allowed him to travel with the USO. Edward loved adventure and loved helping his community. Following his military career, he was a firefighter for many years. Ed was a man of many talents: singing, military service and being a firefighter. Edward will always be remembered as a loving father, brother and friend. He will be deeply missed.
Left to cherish his memory is: two sons; Mark and Stuart Cullop; two sisters, Carol Carter and husband Major, Claudia Graham and husband Troy; brother, David Cullop and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 7:00 pm, Thursday, February 8th, 2018.
