John Douglas Gamble, 64, passed away on Thursday, September 14th, 2017 in Chesapeake, Virginia. John was born on November 16th, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland to August and Eugenia Gamble. He served in the United States Army and honorably retired after 20 years. He loved animals and enjoyed listening to music, watching sports, and reading.
He is survived by Susan Gamble, daughter; James (Tuvonna) Gamble, son; Suzanne (Stephen) Gamble-Fung, daughter; three grandchildren, Toby Gamble, Madison and Austin Fung, as well as his many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Eugenia, and his aunt, Nancy Gamble.
