David Scott Kelley, 54, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, March 10, 2017. David was born on February 20, 1963 in Portsmouth, Virginia. He was a hard working man of few words but once he really knew you, he opened up and let you know the fun, loving and caring man he was. David was a beloved friend, father, and most important to him, Paw-Paw. He was a Tow Truck Driver employed by Dale Old’s Wrecker Service. He worked in the towing business for over 30 years and owned his own towing service for 13 of those years.

David is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Anita Kelley; son, Aaron Kelley and wife Carrie; daughter, Rebecca Kelley; girlfriend, Terrie Jessup; grandchildren, Selena, Ayanna, Kenley, and Jayko; three brothers, Barry Kelley and wife Jeannie, Kevin Kelley, Keith Kelley; sister Angela Kelley; aunt, Barbara Chase. David is also survived by many other close friends and family members that he loved dearly.

The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Family Choice Burials & Cremation located at 5401 Indian River Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23464 from 12 pm - 4 pm.
